Strawberry Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup freeze dried strawberries
 - 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
 - 1 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts
 - 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry protein powder
 - 4 Tbsp honey
 - 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Directions
- Blitz dried strawberries, oats, nuts and protein powder in a food processor until course.
 - Add honey and vanilla extract and pulse until combined.
 - Scoop and roll golf-ball sized balls onto parchment-lined baking sheet until you have 5 total balls.
 - Let ‘em set for 15 minutes, then dig in.
 - Valentine’s day bonus: shape them into hearts.
