Vegan Pumpkin Pie Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize Complete Plant™ Protein Smooth Vanilla
 - 1⁄2 cup pure pumpkin purée
 - 1 medium frozen banana
 - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp maple syrup
 - Optional toppings nuts, chopped dates or apples, whipped cream, shredded coconut, pumpkin pie spice
 
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
 - Transfer to a glass jar (or keep it in your OG blender cup).
 - Top with desired toppings, grab a spoon and dig in.
