Protein French Toast Sticks with Chocolate Protein Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
French Toast Sticks
- 6 Slices Bread of Choice, Sliced in Tirds
 - 1⁄2 Cup Egg Whites
 - 1⁄2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
 - 1⁄4 Cup Almond Milk
 - 45 g ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
 - 1⁄4 Tsp. Cinnamon
 - Additional cinnamon & stevia for garnish, optional
 
Chocolate Protein Dipping Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate 20-Serve Protein Powder
 - 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 - 3 1⁄2 Tbsp. Warm Water
 - 1⁄4 Tsp. Coconut Oil, Melted
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 - Whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, almond milk, protein powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
 - Coat each bread slice with egg mixture. If using, roll in cinnamon & stevia mixture.
 - Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes.
 - Flip and bake for another 9 minutes.
 - In the meantime, whisk all the dipping sauce ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
 - Remove french toast sticks from the oven, dip and get to work!
