Peanut Pretzel Protein Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 bag (16 oz) Pretzel Sticks
 - 1⁄2 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
 - 1⁄2 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
 - 2 Scoops ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
 - 1⁄4 Cup Agave
 - 1⁄4 Cup Peanuts, chopped
 - Pinch Flaky Sea Salt
 
Directions
- Completely cover the base of an 8×8 parchment-lined dish with a layer of pretzel sticks.
 - In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine a ½ cup each of coconut oil and peanut butter. Microwave for 15 seconds, stir and repeat until fully melted.
 - Whisk in agave. Then add protein powder and whisk until fully mixed.
 - Quickly pour mixture on top of pretzels and spread evenly. Sprinkle peanuts on top, pressing lightly into fudge.
 - Melt 1 Tbsp. each of coconut oil and peanut butter and drizzle on top of fudge. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
 - Refrigerate for 30 minutes, slice into 24 pieces & go for it.
