Mint Chocolate Protein Donuts
Ingredients
Donuts
- 3⁄4 Cup Gluten-free Baking Flour
 - 1⁄2 Cup Super Mass Gainer Rich Chocolate protein powder
 - 5 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
 - 5 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener
 - 1⁄2 Tsp. Baking Powder
 - 4 Egg Whites
 - 1⁄2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
 - 1⁄4 Cup Water
 
Icing
- 1 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
 - 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
 - 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
 - 1⁄8 Tsp. Pure Peppermint Extract
 - 1⁄8 Tsp. Spirulina for Color or Green Food Coloring
 - 3 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 - Whisk together (first 5) dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
 - Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
 - Roll dough into ropes and form dough circles for a total of 6 donuts.
 - Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
 - While donuts cool on rack, combine icing ingredients. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the icing and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
