Honey Vanilla Egg White Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, divided
 - 1⁄2 cup old fashioned oats
 - 1 scoop ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
 - 1⁄4 cup liquid egg whites
 - 2 tsp honey
 - 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
 - Your choice of berries, nut butter and chia seeds, for garnish
 
Directions
- Heat 3⁄4 cup almond milk in a pan over medium heat. Once the almond milk is boiling, add in the ISO100, then add the oats and cook on medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes until almost all of the milk is absorbed. If the oats are drying out too quickly, add more milk or water as needed.
 - Stir in egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, honey and the remaining 1⁄4 cup almond milk.
 - Stir constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until everything is combined and egg whites have cooked. The oatmeal should be smooth and pull away from the pan when stirring.
 - Top with your choice of berries, chia seeds and/or a nut butter drizzle.
