Ingredients
- 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
 - 1⁄4 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
 - 1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - 1 scoop ISO100 Cookies & Cream protein powder
 
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth & creamy.
 - Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set.
 - Treat yourself.
