Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Granola
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups oats
 - 2 scoops ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate protein powder
 - 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
 - 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
 - 2 Tbsp. honey
 - 2 egg whites
 - 1⁄4 cup avocado oil
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
 - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
 - Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
 - Dive in. Add to greek yogurt or a bowl of berries for a power breakfast, or pop a handful for a protein-packed snack.
