Chocolate Covered Cookies & Cream Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - 1 frozen banana, sliced
 - 1⁄2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1 Tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 scoop ISO100 Cookies & Cream protein powder
 - 3⁄4 cup ice
 - 2 cookies & cream sandwich cookies, crushed
 - 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips
 - 1 Tbsp coconut oil
 
Directions
- Blend first 6 ingredients for 5 seconds. Shake for 2 seconds. The continue blending. Repeat this process until the smoothie has a creamy, whipped consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Top with crushed cookies.
 - In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 20 – 30 seconds, until melted.
 - Drizzle melted chocolate onto smoothie bowl and top with a pinch of salt. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill until it’s fully set.
 - Remove from fridge, grab a spoon & crack ‘er open.
