Choco Chickpea Clusters
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz.) chickpeas, in water
 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
 - 2 scoops ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate
 - Flaky sea salt
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Drain and rinse the chickpeas then spread flat on an oven pan lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for about 50 – 60 mins, tossing every 15 mins until chickpeas are dry.
 - Remove the chickpeas from the oven and set them aside to cool.
 - Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
 - Stir the ISO100 into the melted chocolate until incorporated. Add the cooled chickpeas, stirring to completely coat them in chocolate.
 - Use a spoon to transfer clusters of chocolate-coated chickpeas to a parchment-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with sea salt, and repeat with the remaining chickpeas.
 - Set aside to allow the chocolate to set. Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator & enjoy when you need a boost of protein or post-workout treat.
