Ingredients
- 1⁄2 Banana
 - 1⁄2 Cup Chopped Kale
 - 1⁄2 Cup Blueberries
 - 1⁄2 Cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
 - 1 Scoop (30g) ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
 - 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
 - 1⁄2 Tsp. Cinnamon
