Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups old fashioned rolled oats
 - ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
 - ½ cup egg whites
 - 2 scoops Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
 - 1 ½ cups diced apple
 - 1 Tbsp cinnamon
 - 1 pinch salt
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 - Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
 - Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough, place it on parchment-lined baking sheet, press to form a cookie shape. Repeat with remaining dough.
 - Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes & dig in.
